How does this work?

We like to keep things simple. You can review our services and decide what best suits your needs. Then contact us and we will get you booked. We will send a contract for you to sign, as well as a questionnaire to help us get to know you better. Once we have received your signed contract and 20% security deposit, you are booked! We will film your wedding or take your photos and get your memories to you within two weeks.
 

WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

We are very proud to have a speedy turnaround time. Every wedding project will receive a 30 second teaser 24 hours after the wedding. We post this to our Facebook page (Jones Photography & Productions) so you can share your day instantly with family and friends. You will have your full wedding film within a month regardless of your chosen package or add ons. (Typically, we get it to you in just 2-3 weeks.)

How will i receive my video/photos?

The future is awesome. Almost everything we do is on the internet now. Once your photos or video have been edited, we upload it to a secure file sharing service. We email you a link where you can preview and download your photos or video. From there it is yours to do whatever you’d like. You can post them on social media, download it to your laptop or phone, or print a DVD copy for your entire family.
 

What if you don’t offer a service I need?

We are SUPER flexible. If one of our services doesn’t perfectly meet your need please contact us. We can discuss the issue and find something that works. Our mission is to make memories last and we will do whatever is necessary to make that happen for you.
 

What happens if I lose my photos or videos?

We hope you never lose your photos or videos. However, if you do we’ve got you covered. We back up your projects on two separate hard drives and we keep them forever. So if you ever lose your video just contact us and we can resend it to you.
 

What if I don’t like my video or photo?

We always strive to do our best to get a product you will be happy with. However, no one is perfect (Except for Tom Holland—he’s amazing). If there is something you don’t like or want changed please let us know. Sometimes it is something simple that we can easily do. Sometimes it may be something that wasn’t communicated before filming that may not be fixable. Whatever the issue we will try our best to resolve it.
 

How long do you shoot?

The main difference between our packages is how long we shoot. So look carefully to see how many hours are associated with that package.

HOW MUCH DO YOU SHOOT?

We shoot A LOT. Most weddings we leave with upwards of 500 clips and most photo shoots we have over 1,000 raw pictures.
